I'm not sure if I would trust the care he gave it... Most people care enough to put a roof on the garage, and if he couldn't be troubled for that, what else did he let slide?

Yeah that picture struck me as odd. What, did he push it in the garage? Or does he normally drive around with snow all over his car?

If the owner won't take the time to actually take decent pictures (not snow covered and all around), the car probably isn't a good buy.
